Personal training
Personal Training Package – £160/month (Direct Debit)
Achieve your fitness goals with our comprehensive Personal Training Package, designed for results and flexibility. This package includes 4 personal training sessions per month, 8 studio classes per month, custom online training programming, and ongoing nutrition coaching—all for just £160 per month via direct debit.
With a minimum 3-month commitment, you'll receive consistent support and expert guidance throughout your journey.

Our group fitness classes offer a fun, motivating way to get fit with expert guidance and a supportive community. From high-energy outdoor bootcamps that boost endurance and strength, to targeted sessions like Booty Burn for glute and core activation, and Full Body Blitz for total-body conditioning, each class is designed to challenge you and deliver results. Led by experienced instructors, you’ll stay motivated, move with purpose, and never train alone.
Our monthly class pass is offered via direct debit at £44.28, minimum 3 month commitment, providing consistent, affordable access to classes year-round. This rate accounts for our 47 active weeks of classes and 5 planned holiday weeks (including Christmas, Easter, and three others), with the cost spread evenly across the year to avoid payment disruptions. Online coaching
£95 per month
Our online fitness coaching is delivered through the easy-to-use TLC Training App, giving you expert support and structure wherever you are. With personalised workout plans, progress tracking and direct messaging with your coach, you'll stay accountable and on track. Whether you're training at home, in the gym, or on the go, the TLC app makes it simple to follow a plan built around your goals, lifestyle, and schedule—all with professional guidance at your fingertips. No minimum commitment term, however we recommend a minimum of 3 months coaching to see ‘results’.
