For just £160 per month, you’ll receive:
4 one-to-one personal training sessions tailored to your goals
8 studio classes to boost motivation and add variety to your routine
Custom online training programming for structure between sessions
Ongoing nutrition coaching to support your progress inside and out
All payments are made via direct debit, with a minimum 3-month commitment to ensure consistency and long-term success.
Before you begin, every personal training client receives a complimentary 30-minute consultation. This is your opportunity to meet your coach, discuss your goals, review your fitness background, and make a plan that works for you.
In the event of staff holidays, rest assured you won’t miss out—1 personal training session and 2 classes per week missed will be added to the end of your payment term.
With professional support, personalised coaching, and flexible scheduling, this package gives you all the tools you need to stay motivated, stay accountable, and achieve lasting results.
30 min Sessions
30 min Sessions - Once per week £105 per month includes:
4 x 30-min 1:1 Personal Training sessions
2 group classes per week
Personalised online training programme
Nutrition support and guidance
Bi-weekly check-ins
Two Sessions per week - 1 hour sessions £280 per month
Two Sessions per week - 30 min sessions £175 per month
