Our diverse class lineup includes everything from energising outdoor bootcamps to targeted indoor sessions like Booty Burn and Functional Blast—designed to challenge your body, boost your fitness, and keep things fun.

With a variety of times and formats, there’s something for every schedule and fitness level. Train as often as you like, and feel stronger with every session!

Classes can also be booked PAYG £6 60 mins, £5 45mins, £4 30 mins
